      2. The 2 Hentai Queens and all other podcasts and media produced under the Hentai HQ name.
      3. All imagery created for the site.

   3. You are free to use our content under the following circumstances:
      1. You credit and link back to our site.
      2. You are reporting news and using us as a source.
      3. Any other uses need to have permission from the Webmaster.
3. All other non-Hentai HQ trademarks, logos, content, and images are the property of their respective and rightful owners.
   1. We do our best to source all content that does not belong to Hentai HQ.
   2. If you own any trademarks, logos, content, and images used on this site and would like them removed please email webmaster@thehentaihq.com.
4. Any user may be subject to termination and may have their IP address banned if they are caught breaking any of the following rules:
   1. No spamming users or posting spam in the comments.
   2. No advertising your product or service without the consent of the Webmaster anywhere on the site.
   3. No bullying or harassing any other members on the site.
      1. Bullying or harassing constitutes as the following:
         1. Discriminating, name calling, or mocking someone’s gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, religion, or disability.
         2. Posting anyone personal contact information including, but not limited to; full name, email, phone number, home address, work address, and location.
         3. Trolling or abusing someone.
         4. Threats of violence.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warrant disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
